Had an very nice stay! The historic charm was good, especially the gourmet breakfasts with farm-fresh ingredients. Just wish the room was slightly larger than expected.

The breakfast options are savoury and particularly good with toast and bacon, as for instance. It boasts incredible, wonderful location not far from many restaurants, downtown and the river, and Memphis, Nashville and then Augusta for the Masters. Also, we both enjoyed an Antebellum Classical Revival mansion, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

It was in a very central setting in a very special place. Restaurant Cotton Alley Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The double room was beautifully maintained with the bedroom...

The breakfast featured really good homemade jams and farm-fresh eggs.
The steep stairs may pose a challenge for older guests, so be prepared if mobility is a concern.

Our stay was perfect, truly enjoyed savoury and reasonably good breakfasts.
The hotel was lovely old, as you can expect from Natchez. We had reasonably large and authentic room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven.

I booked a room with a great bed, central heating, pay TV and a microwave. A bath in the own bathroom was a plus. Location: the hotel was near bars and stores and restaurants. The staff was really helpful and helped with the free parking.

The breakfast didn't meet expectations. Bacon was microwaved, and pancakes turned out thin and rubbery. The room lacked a shower as described, only featured a handheld spray, and the bathtub wasn't clean. Lack of a locked door for our room was uncomfortable, and the outside noise consistently interrupted sleep.

The hotel exudes charm and history, with
Comfortable rooms and a warm atmosphere. Our host Marybeth was so great with her hospitality and delicious homemade breakfasts. The communal dining experience was good, great to chat with other guests. The only downside was that sometimes it felt a bit crowded during breakfast hours.

The bathroom was aweful, and how charming that the hostess let us know she wouldn't be providing breakfast at the last minute. The constant road noise was a good touch as well. A warm welcome gift would have was good, but I guess expecting that was just too much to ask. Just couldn't give a good review, really.

Marybeth's warmth. The charming hotel, adorned with family history, created a cozy atmosphere. Loved the local dining suggestions, and enjoyed a good meal nearby. Breakfast featured farm-fresh ingredients, but the communal dining area felt a bit crowded. The steep stairs might be challenging for those with mobility issues. A lovely stop on our journey, though a little more attention to room details would elevate the experience further.

It was just a well-suited match for a brief retreat in Natchez with good value considering the price it charged. The communal area with a Keurig machine was convenient for getting my morning coffee. If you are a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs for the road noise.
